Hey There!
I'm Brandon Bunche
As a customer communications virtual assistant who has a passion for writing and systems thinking. I’m dedicated to helping you elevate your communications and help you streamline your creative business systems.
With my over 20 years experience in customer service roles, coupled with my 5 1/2 years experience in the US military command and control career field, I’ve learned how to talk with people effectively in high-pressure situations. I lean on that experience to deliver clear, empathetic conversations to your customers from a strategic perspective that inspires them to move forward with your business.
Outside of my work experience, my 4 years of college course work in digital video production and the content creation that I do in my spare time, has allowed me to hone my creative skills in my writing and social media. I lean on these skills to help me creatively problem solve and to keep my finger on the pulse in this era of ever-changing, online business.
